Arion Security (UK) Ltd has invested in a state-of-the-art mobile phone solution to give you real-time visibility and electronic records of our guards presence at at your site. A solution that also lets them report incidents, vehicle condition and a whole host of other things via their phone. Even our supervisors can use the same solution to record quality of service and other guard-related tasks.
All this information is fed automatically into the databases at the exact time making real-time guard visibility possible.

RFID tags and mobile phones
We will attach an RFID tag to locations you wish to monitor - doors, walls, fences, wherever needed. The guard or supervisor touches it with their mobile phone to instantly prove their attendance. This information is instantly relied to the database.
RFID tags come in all shapes and sizes, to suit whatever needs you might have - internal self-adhesive tags, external robust weather-proof tags, personal key-fob tags, and many others.
NFC + GPS
GPS has now been integrated into the system. We can now not only read the RFID tag but we can map its location once the guard touches it with the phone. Click HERE for GPS mapping example.

Here is just some of the functionality NFC can provide for different kinds of services:
Static Sites
We will fit RFID tags along the patrol route or places of your choice depending on risk and vulnerability. These tags can even be behind glass where guards cannot reach them.
Our guards will scan the tags with Nokia NFC enabled phones as they patrol and data is instantly relied to the database and the control room can see this in real time.
Any incidences in your site or observations will be fed to the phone immediately and instantly communicated to the control room eliminating the need for reports.
Mobile Patrol
We will fit RFID tags in area you want us to check as we patrol your site. The patrol team will scan these tags every time they visit your site. This data will be available immediately meaning that you can verify our visit any time you want by accessing the data base (you will need login id and password to do this)
Any incidences and observations will be fed to the phone and instantly downloaded to the database.
